Change of Address?
Please contact your child's school or the Educational Service Center to update any address changes, and remember to fill out a new Bus Request/Change form. All request/change forms should be returned to your child's school office or the Educational Service Center for processing. Proof of Residency is required with the change of any address/bus request information.
