Our kindergarten team is getting everything ship shape as we eagerly look forward to meeting our newest Viking kindergarten class at our upcoming Kindergarten Roundup! This special event marks the beginning of a wonderful voyage, and our dedicated shipmates are thrilled to extend a warm welcome to our incoming students and their families.
You can look forward to:
- Meeting our TCE Kindergarten Team - we are here for all your questions!
- Meeting our building administrators and our school nurse.
- Learning about kindergarten expectations and find out ways to help your child prepare for school.
- Visiting our Transportation or Food Service tables for resources and information.
- Exploring our before and after school childcare program.
- Completing all necessary paperwork to enroll your student for the 2025-2026 school year.

What are the age requirements for enrolling?
Children need to turn 5 years old by September 1st of the year they are enrolling. (Birth dates between September 1 - December 1 are required to have a waiver signed by a parent.)
When and where is this event?
What should I bring?
If you plan to enroll your future Viking kindergarten student, please bring:
- child's certified birth certificate
- child's immunization records
- parent/guardian proof of residency
- (this can be in the form of a license or piece of mail with the parent guardian and physical address)
